pLOT 1.0.12j is a quick release to fix a bug I came across that can cause the program to crash in certain instances where linear plots have features assigned as line graphics. Additionally, pLOT can now open Clone Manager (*.cm5) files. Most of the features from Clone Manager’s plots import to the pLOT map but some may not yet be accounted for. I foresee pLOT being able to open SnapGene (*.DNA) files in the foreseeable future as well.
This patch requires the 1.0.12f installation to work and will not work with earlier installations. Download links below.
