pLOT 1.0.15e

plotBug fixes in version 1.0.15e:

New Features:

  • This update includes an updated restriction enzyme database.
  • Enzymes with special requirements such as higher or lower incubation temperatures, methylation sensitivities/requirements now show up with an asterisk preceding the name on the map.  Hovering the mouse over the site’s label results in the special conditions to show up under the enzyme’s name in the descriptor box (see Figure 1 below).

You can download the patch alone and copy the plot.exe and Restrict.dat files to your installation directory (default is c:\program files(x86)\plot) if you have previously installed 1.0.13b or later.  Please note that on some systems, an error pops up during the install process asking you to abort, retry or ignore.  If this happens, choose the Ignore option.
