pLOT 1.0.12d is now up. This update fixes a bug with importing restriction enzymes from a custom list. pLOT 1.0.12d requires the full installation of 1.0.12a. If you have not installed 1.0.12a previously, uninstall your current version and run the 1.0.12d full installation setup. If you have already installed 1.0.12a, simply copy and paste the patch file to your pLOT directory.
