Opening the Virtual Gel Window
When a project is loaded or started, the virtual gel can be shown by pressing (Ctrl + G) or clicking the Tools>Show Virtual Gel menu item.
Ladder markers can be specified for the left and right sides of the gel individually. The size of fragments on the gel can be shown or hidden using the top-right check box and the size corresponding to the bottom of the gel can be set using the dropdown box.
