By default, projects assume that the standard codon table is used.  A different codon table can be selected for the project by clicking the Tools menu, moving the mouse over the "Select Project Codon Table" submenu and selecting which codon table to apply to the project.  [[feature_annotations#Setting a feature's codon table|Individual features can be assigned codon tables]] different from the main project's table.
